Dear Ready Springs Families,
I am writing to share an important update with our Ready Springs community. Our principal, Patrick Eagle, has recently retired. We are grateful for the time, care, and leadership Patrick provided to Ready Springs, and we wish him all the best in this next chapter.
At this time, I will be serving as Interim Principal of Ready Springs School, in addition to my role as Director of Student Services for the Penn Valley Union Elementary School District. The interim principal role is expected to continue through the end of the 2025–2026 school year, providing stability and continuity for students, staff, and families during this transition.
Many families already know me through my district role supporting students, staff, and systems, particularly in the areas of student support, special education, and inclusive practices. I step into this interim role with deep respect for the Ready Springs community and a strong commitment to maintaining the positive culture, routines, and relationships that support student success.
Please know that daily operations at Ready Springs will continue as usual. Our dedicated teachers, classified staff, and support teams remain fully focused on creating a safe, welcoming, and engaging learning environment for all students. The consistency and care your children experience each day will remain our top priority.
Transitions can naturally bring questions, and I want to assure you that our focus remains steady: supporting students academically, socially, and emotionally while continuing to partner closely with families. I am committed to being visible, accessible, and responsive, and to working alongside staff to ensure a smooth and supportive experience for students throughout the remainder of this year and next.
